William-Sonoma: Building a strong brand voice I have been working with the team at Williams-Sonoma since 1992. In the 90s I was managing editor of the Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library, overseeing the launch of that successful cookbook series. Now I write for the Williams-Sonoma catalog, website and customer emails.I've learned how to develop a strong brand voice and carry it across different channels without diluting its power.
